How to Register
College students: you can choose to register to vote with your permanent or local address.
But you can only vote once in any given election!
You are eligible to vote in U.S. elections if you are:

- 18 years old on or before Election Day.
- registered to vote by your state’s voter registration deadline.
Some states have additional requirements, so be sure to check the eligibility rules for your state!
Some things to consider:
- Check deadlines!
- Are there local issues or races that you care about?
- Which location will be easier logistically?
- Where do you want your vote to count?
- What’s on the ballot?
